Wise Words Festival 2017

Not a lot I can say that hasn’t already been said about one of the most laid-back, thought-provoking and enjoyable festivals in Kent…

A great place to meet old friends and new over an elderflower cider and catch some of the incredible line-up. My 2017 highlights: Lemn Sissay, Shane Koyczan, Dizraeli and, yes, the 3 Half Pints!

It was a pleasure to work with Beth, Raphael and the team again – and lovely to see some of my 2016 shots gracing this year’s programme. Roll on 2018.

Paris en Décembre

48 hours of walking, eating, walking, art, walking, lots of cute dogs and a soupçon of drinking.

Canterbury Folk Festival 2015

Hopefully the first of many – today was the inaugural day of Canterbury Folk Festival, a free event with loads of great music and lovely grub. Well done to Petko and his team for making it happen.

Fancy a nibble?

A wander down C3’s local foodie highway, Leather Lane, for our blog. My favourite has to be the salt beef at Tongue & Briskett, but special mentions to Boom Burger, Konditor & Cook, Embutique, Quiche & Roast (and, of course, a digestif @DeptOfCoffee)

Folkestone Triennial 2014 Opening Party and Launch Event

A great commission on behalf of Folkestone’s Creative Quarter: shoot the launch party, then the opening ceremony and Day One of Folkestone’s Triennial.

Great fun, fantastic Triennial and highly recommended. Big thanks to Renata for the commission.

Taste Of London video

So, in addition to shooting stills for ILN on behalf of Maille at Taste Of London, I shot some video too which was beautifully edited by none other than Nico Bee.

Currently being hosted on Maille’s Facebook page and website. Please follow them for all the latest news, recipes and events.
